Eligibility for Returns

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.

3. Items must be returned in original packaging. 

4.  Custom, altered, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [cocobypink@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds & Processing

1. Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

2. If preferred, store credit can be issued for future purchases.

3. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
